Caught by the FBI, Carmine "The Beans" Pasquale makes a deal with the FBI and enters the Witness Protection Program with his wife and son. On top of being forced to change his name to George Cheeseman and work a normal 40 hours per week job, Carmine is forced to live in what appears to be the most conservative Mormon neighborhood in Utah. Experiencing the full force of Mormon peculiarity, from nosy do-gooders to prejudiced prudes, this off-color New Jersey mobster discovers that the only thing that matters really is the family--his family.
